Really good Experience!
attentive staff varied food unique history
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food had great variety and excellent quality. I especially enjoyed the local dishes. I appreciated the hotel's unique history and the opportunity to learn about tea production.

the food was good AS expected.
the front desk seemed to lack care. THE drinks were ridiculously expensive. it felt overpriced given the issues.

The location provides a lovely view of the landscape. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. The staff were polite and eager to please.
The bathroom seemed quite old. The carpet was also old. Dinner felt too expensive for the quality.
